    We partner with other organizations to help navigate systems including DHS benefits, healthcare, education, and more.

  • Employment Navigation

    Whether it’s a new job, a first job, or upscaling, we help with resumés, interview skills, navigating skills-transfers, and career networking.

  • Housing Navigation

    Our volunteers can help with finding housing options fit to our clients’ needs and completing the application process.

  • Diapers & Wipes Deliveries

    With W.I.C. benefits unable to provide diapers and wipes, this proves to be a tangible need we often meet for our families! We deliver diapers and wipes to our clients as needed.

  • Student Tutoring

    Learning in a different language and navigating the education system can be extremely challenging. We care for the needs of our families’ students by working on assignments, studying for tests, and more!

  • Community Resources

    Colorado Springs offers so many different ways of community engagement! We want to connect our families to services and opportunities that will help them on the way thriving in their new city.

  • Culinary Connections

    Culinary Connections is a platform for women to share their culture with their new communities while also supporting their families.

    As a collective of partner organizations, we empower newly arrived refugee and immigrant women by facilitating food handling certification, developing fundamental business skills and providing paid opportunities to share their culinary heritage.

  • Welcome English

    Welcome English is a new collaborative effort designed to fill the gap in classroom-based English Language Learning for our refugee and immigrant neighbors in the city. Through supportive, community-centered classes, we aim to create a welcoming space where participants can build language skills, confidence, and connection.

    Help support our Culinary Connections women chefs as they grow their skills and businesses by joining a cooking class to learn how to make traditional dishes while celebrating cultural traditions.

  • Driven From Home: Refugee Simulation

    Through a one-hour immersive journey, you will step into the story of a refugee: the difficult decisions, the fear of leaving home, the hope of safe arrival, and the real challenge of creating a new life. The goal is not just to hear about refugees, but to feel what walking in their shoes might look like.

    Our Driven From Home simulation provides an opportunity to build empathy for our refugee neighbors. We aim to move beyond statistics and headlines, and toward meaningful relationships and action.
