Who We Are
Welcome COS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping refugees build stable, connected lives in Colorado Springs. We bring together churches, community partners, and individuals to welcome new neighbors and provide innovative, wrap-around support that leads to long-term self-sufficiency.
Since launching in August 2024, we’ve connected with families, trained volunteers, started English Conversation Partners, delivered essential supplies, and partnered with local organizations to expand support.

The Need
Refugee families often arrive with immediate support, but long-term connection and guidance can be harder to find. Families often face complex challenges without consistent community walking alongside them.
Our Response
Welcome COS fills the gap by connecting families with volunteers, churches, and partner organizations to provide ongoing, wrap-around support that leads to stability and self-sufficiency.
